NORDIC WALKING – this form of activity is nothing else like march with special Compared to normal march, Nordic Walking engages many more parts of muscles. Mainly: strength and stamina of arms are developed, easiness of climbing the hills, more calories are being burn than during normal walk (slimming effect).
